How to Request a Quote
All NASA SEWP VI quotations and orders are processed through NASA's official SEWP ordering system.
Tech Network Supply LLC accepts SEWP VI orders only through authorized NASA SEWP ordering procedures. Orders submitted outside the SEWP program cannot be processed.
Step 1
Submit your request through the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT).
The QRT is the preferred method for:
- Request for Information (RFI)
- Market Research
- Request for Quote (RFQ)
Step 2
Once your request is received, Tech Network Supply prepares and submits its quotation through the SEWP Contract Holder Only Page (CHOP).
All pricing is validated against our awarded SEWP VI contract before being returned to the requesting agency.
Some federal agencies use their own internal RFQ process instead of the SEWP QRT. We will respond through your agency's approved procurement process provided all quoted products are available under our SEWP VI contract.
After fair opportunity requirements and pricing evaluations are completed, your Contracting Officer issues the order.
Step 3
The ordering Contracting Officer evaluates quotations in accordance with FAR 16.505 and the agency's fair opportunity and best value procedures.
Step 4
Following evaluation, the Contracting Officer issues a Delivery Order under Contract 80TECH26D0513. The order is routed through the NASA SEWP Program Office for assignment of a SEWP Control Number (SCN), where applicable.
Step 5
Tech Network Supply acknowledges the order, coordinates fulfillment, provides shipment updates, and supports warranty and post-delivery requirements throughout the order lifecycle.

Fair Opportunity Notice

Under FAR 16.505, ordering agencies generally provide all eligible Category A contract holders with a fair opportunity to compete for each requirement unless an authorized exception applies.
